A young woman struggles to survive on her own in the wake of a mysterious epidemic that has decimated society and forced her deep into the unforgiving wilderness.

BORDERLINE FILMS, is the trio of filmmakers Josh Mond, Antonio Campos, and Sean Durkin. Their feature films (Afterschool, Martha Marcy May Marlene, & Simon Killer) have played at the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, New York Film Festival, and Toronto International Film Festival and have been nominated for five Independent Spirit Awards, four Gotham Awards. Sean Durkin won Best Director at Sundance for Martha Marcy May Marlene. James White, Borderline’s first feature with Josh Mond as director, finishes of the cycle of debut features the partners set out to make ten years ago.
